Dim Light not working?
I just updated to MapTools 1.13.2 and it seems like all my light sources has lost its ability to generate "dim light" (in D&D you had dim light extending as far away as the bright light, which maptools previously have supported), is that a known issue, or is it a new feature that has c...

Re: URGENT HELP NEEDED!
It is even stranger, so some macros that I am calling from the Library Token is working on the old and the newly created map. There seem to be some macros that get this "Continuing after error running event onTokenMove @ DnD45, error Error executing "getProperty": the token name or id...

Re: URGENT HELP NEEDED!
I thought it had something to do with the update from 1.11.5 to 1.12.2, so I created a new Library token an recreated all the 30 macros by copying them in there again on a totally new map. However, did not help. If it had been the Apply button not check in, then it would not have been working on the...

URGENT HELP NEEDED!
Are going to play on Friday and have created all my macros in a Library Token. But now when I want to change the old tokens and old library token on an existing map/campaign, I get this error message: "Error executing "getProperty": the token name or id "" is unknown." ...

Help: INPUT limitations in LibToken macros?
For some reason my INPUT code in a library token macro to fetch dice rolls do not seem to work correctly. The Label part works, but the TEXT entry part is not displayed correctly. The same code works fine in a normal token. Is there some limitations or things I should be aware of when using the INPU...

Re: Macro code to determine combat advantage
Starting to wonder if it wouldn't be easier to just rotate the coordinate system 45 degree, and then determine flanking. As long as the PC and Ally is in opposite quadrants (which then is going to be quite easy to determine) they are setup for flanking, as long as both are within weapon reach of the...

Re: Macro code to determine combat advantage
I do not care about facing in D&D 4th Edition, but I have to keep track of the weapon reach of both PCs, their positions in relation to the monster and the monster size. Was hoping some already had created it. Would have been great to have a macro function where you just enter PC tokenId in the ...

Macro code to determine combat advantage
I am running D&D 4th Edition or a modification of it, but it is first now I have started to use MapTool macros to implement all the powers with macros. I have now started on the rogue, and have been looking around for a macro that determine if a PC have combat advantage vs. a monster based on if...

Re: How to end impersonation in macro
I can probably turn it of with impersonate(""), but not in the same macro, i.e. I cannot start an impersonation inside the macro in order to write something and have the token say it, and then turn of impersonation later in the same macro in order to not exit the macro with impersonation a...

How to end impersonation in macro
I am using a DM macro where I want to impersonate a Player when he/she recieves initiative to allow it to say something "Angor is ready to fight now!" or something similar, and then end the impersonation. But I find no way to end the impersonation within the macro (except after the macro e...

Re: Output added to INPUT function?
I need to go between Player and GM. Tried to use a Player macro that used the MACRO function to execute a macro on the LibraryToken which I hoped the GM somehow should own and thereby use that Macro to call an INPUT function. Result did not show on the GM screen, just on Player screen.

Output added to INPUT function?
I have been looking around trying to find a way for getting variable inputs from the GM, initiated from a Token Macro. I want to be able to request input on things that the GM knows but might not want to share with the players. For me having "Output" parameter added to the INPUT function w...

Time indication on Initiative count?
Need: I would like to have a timestamp next to the initiative announcement in the chat window.
Question: I have not done any coding in Maptools so I wanted to see if somebody could answer if this could be solved with a script or if it would require changes to the software?
