Re: VBL snapping to grid does not appear to cover whole grid tile

Where can I get 1.4.5? Downloads page only has 1.4.1.8 and even Github `master` branch has 1.4.1.8

VBL snapping to grid does not appear to cover whole grid tile

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if this is a bug, but for me, drawing VBL zones with snap-to-grid-mode (while holding CTRL) appears to leave out thin strip on the left and on the top: overlap.png This results in thin strips being visible when player discovers surrounding area: strip.png...

Re: Ability to reset duplicate numbering order

You both make a good case. I mostly use this numbering when there is horde of mobs and all appear at once, so you are not revealing anything to the player. As you put it, it is only minor annoyance.

Re: Feature request: Option to not obscure movement indicator by lighting

Oh, this does not happen under normal MapTool. Sorry about that.

Feature request: Option to not obscure movement indicator by lighting

In most cases, tokens are allowed to move outside their visible area (they can walk into the dark if they want). But movement indicators on MapTool hide whenever they move out of visible area. It would be useful if this indicator could be set to be always visible, even in darkness.

Dim light ring is glitchy for networked players after switching between day and night

Let's say I have a map that goes from night to day (and vice versa) mid-session. This appears pretty glitchy in the MapTool at the moment. For example doing following steps: 1. Open MapTool with everything default (After all preferences reset) 2. Start Server 3. Connect another MapTool to this serve...

Ability to reset duplicate numbering order

Let's imagine following scenario: 1. Place "Dragon" token on the board 2. Place another "Dragon" token on the board. Name "Dragon" is taken, so MapTool will name it "Dragon 2" 2. Place another "Dragon" token on the board. Names "Dragon" and "Dragon 2" are taken, so MapTool will name it "Dragon 3" 3....

Re: Phantom Lighting

I've tried it now by exposing surrounding area to Token B (Ctrl + I).

Phantom lighting also disappears when clicking on Token B, even when screen does not go black.

Re: Phantom Lighting

Check the gif. The moment I click on Token B, it corrects itself.

Re: Phantom Lighting

Moving the token again will not update the lighting, it will leave phantom lighting there. But it will not create additional fake circles.

What will fix is switching vision to either GM view (by unselecting Token A) or by switching vision to Token B view (by selecting Token B). See attached gif.

Phantom Lighting

It seems like tokens can sometimes create phantom lighting, where moving the token will light the new area, but will not dim back the old area. For example, on attached screenshot, I moved Token A up, but previous position still stayed lit. I've played with this a bit and I found pretty reliable way...

Bug Report: ZoneRenderer NullPointerException when loading campaign

I was playing around with lighting and it looks like I broke something. When loading attached campaign in MapTool v1.4.1.8, it starts spewing this error: java.lang.NullPointerException at java.util.AbstractCollection.addAll(AbstractCollection.java:343) at net.rptools.maptool.client.ui.zone.ZoneRende...
