Re: [D&D4E] Libraries
MacroPoliceBox has fairly automated copy paste of stuff like that from the compendium links and character builder outputs. Actually leaving the info in a distributed framework is probably going to get copyright stomped. The problem is the "fairly" part... It doesn't always work. Sometimes...

[D&D4E] Libraries
Hi everyone, I noticed that someone build some modules for Fantasy Grounds, based on the Compendium. This way all monsters for D&D4e are available for this software. They did the same for all feats and all powers. Could it be possible to do the same for Maptool? Which Framework could take advant...

Re: The MacroPolicebox: Second Regeneration (D&D 4E Framework)
I also used extensively Masterplan for my D&D4E campaigns, and it was a blast. We used to use it for face to face IRL group sessions with the DM having dual screens, one a computer monitor for the DM's view of the software and one a big screen TV that showed the player view to all the players s...

Re: The MacroPolicebox: Second Regeneration (D&D 4E Framework)
As somebody coming fresh to Maptools from using Masterplan for their 4e, how would you say your framework compares? I also used extensively Masterplan for my D&D4E campaigns, and it was a blast. Did you try to use it for online sessions ? The software is old and cannot, as far as I know, be upd...

Re: MapTool 1.8.0 Beta 2 Released
Since this is a new install, I imagine that there's no existing maptool.cfg , so it can't be that the CLASSPATH is set wrong from that file (you can look under ~/.maptool-rptools/config/ to see if you have such a file). there is a /.maptool/config/ folder It contains only a single file : layout.dat

Re: MapTool 1.8.0 Beta 2 Released
Failed to find library. C:\xxx\Maptool 1.8\app\runtime\bin\jli.dll Failed to locate JLI_Launch Failed to launch JVM I get these three errors directly after installing the 1.8 beta 2b into a fresh directory, without changing anything. Any ideas? I have the same issues… I checked and the file jli.dll...

Re: Accents in Macros
I read that in a very old version 1.3.b89, Maptool could use accents... If one would launch it with this bat file : set VERS=1.3.b89 javaw -Xmx1024m -Xms512m -Xss6m -Duser.language=FR -Duser.region=FR -Dfile.encoding="UTF-8" -jar maptool-%VERS%.jar run You could use accents... I found this...

Re: Accents in Macros
First example, I have a token property called Dextérité, another one called DEX with
The latter one simply doesn't work... It displays , instead of
Code: Select all
Dextérité:16
Code: Select all
DEX:{ floor((Dextérité-10)/2)}
Code: Select all
{ floor((Dextérité-10)/2)}
Code: Select all

Accents in Macros
Hi all, I use Maptool 1.7. It is set Français (french). Unfortunately, everytime I use a accent for a property, variable or whatever can be used in a macro, I get an error. I asked for french speaking users, they use a workaround in older versions. They cannot be used with Maptool 1.7 : the interfac...
