Re: Top down elemental tokens
When you get images from my gallery, make sure you click all the way through to the final version. The preview image (though full size for most tokens) is not the final transparent .png. For example, the one you want is already transparent at: http://dream-logic.net/gallery/albums/Overhead/Tokens/Ma...

Re: Where are all the maps and tokens
I think it's fixed now.
There was an option set to process the images before displaying full-size ones but nothing set for it to actually do on the processing.
Turned that off so it would give the raw image and it's working for me now.

I think there's still some isometric stuff I never put up there, but all the top-down maps and tokens I made should be there.

Re: Asking the veterans: Minimap
From what I remember, the minimap was removed some time in either late 1.2 or early 1.3 because MapTool had transitioned more towards infinite canvas maps at that point and the minimap was made mainly for single-image "bounded" maps. It worked well for the single-image maps, but for "...

Not exactly friendly to sort through, but just about all of it should be there.

Re: [1.3b60+] Network/Boot Bug Discussion
It was just the host/GM, that other person who came in but likely wasn't really there anymore (don't remember his name, Dark something), and then the second client on the same machine with the GM that tried to connect.
This wasn't an actual game, just a test.

Re: [1.3b60+] Network/Boot Bug Discussion
The second client that failed to connect was on the same PC as the host. It was able to connect fine earlier in the day. But after that other person connected (not sure if he clicked the wrong server or was just looking around at open servers) I wasn't able to connect even from the same computer. No...

Re: How MT should roll dice
What if instead of a button for the pop-ups, when you click on the text field to type, it auto-expands to a larger box and then shrinks back when you click somewhere else?
It seems like there's some program that does this, but I can't think of it right now.

http://www.magist.com/vry/d/12323-1/MT+DicePanel+6b.jpg Another take on a revised Dice Panel using a lot of Snikle's ideas. The Conditions section should be called "Conditions & Modifiers" but it was too long for the space. In addition to things like Success Thresholds and Exploding D...

Re: Bug or a feature? Snap to grid for rotated objects
I've wrestled with this problem a lot back when I was making tilesets. Generally, the easiest workaround is to add empty space to your tiles to make each one square or at least have the center point in the center of a square rather than along an edge. So for your wall section, add an extra 50 blank ...

I wasn’t actually given any guidelines for this UI stuff when I was originally asked other than “make it pretty” so I went with what I’d like to see… for some definition of “pretty.” As far as I can tell from looking through some old posts, MapTool is not getting a Custom Skins feature (unless someo...
