Re: Notepad++ Maptool Text Editor config file [UPDATE: 5/31/
Well, the way I fixed it is to remove the @ symbol in the "Comment line style" Open parameter. This then allows the code to fold. However it breaks the MT code comments for the macro. i.e. @PROPS@

Re: Notepad++ Maptool Text Editor config file [UPDATE: 5/31/
It seems notepad++ 6.2 and this syntax highlighting no longer works fully. The folding capability seems to be broken.

Re: Request: spell macros?
This is already available in lMarkus 3.5/Pathfinder FW. Click on the red Active Mods button and select the Spell tab and many are there. You can add more if you want, but I forget the button, it is in the GM section IIRC.

Re: Wrathgon Spell Manager Update

Having a difficult time with the inquisitor, trying to use the auto pilot to set one up and i get this for an error: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 6, Size: 1 error executing expression knownMaxLvl = json.get(knownMax, ...

Special die rolling commands
I am having a problem getting multiple die roll commands to work together. I tried rolling 4d6r3e and I get 4 everytime. Should this work or not?

Re: Can´t drag and drop jpg to TokenTool
I am using Tokentool 1.0b28 on Java 7 for Mac. I am able to drag and drop pictures from the browser or the finder to Tokentool but it does not work for Adobe Reader or Preview. If I use the Screen Capture instead I do get the box for selection and in its middle there is the text which instructs to ...

Re: Linux - Distributions
I prefer Gentoo's portage over Arch's pacman but building everything yourself is a little time consuming. You san check out Sabayon. It uses Gentoo as a base and you can just install packages or build them. I used Gentoo and Sabayon both previously, but enjoy ARCH way more as I get the speed of Gen...

Re: Linux - Distributions
ARCH is the best if you know what you are doing. Especially now that they dropped their graphical installer so it is super light and respects the users desires for their system.

Re: Auto Incrementing Screenshots [1.3.b87]
If all else fails, try AutoHotKey or AHK for short. Wonderful piece of scripting software. I use it heavily for a lot of stuff. It can do timed events too. What's nice about it is you can set it so when you use the MT hotkey to take a screenshot, it can also trigger AHK to do some scripted action; ...

Re: Running MapTools in Linux?
Open a terminal and type java -version. Make sure you are not using OpenJDK or IcedTea, if so install Oracles jre6 package from Fedora's repositories (I don't know how as I use Arch). Next cd into your MapTool folder and nano Launch\ maptool.sh. Delete the first two lines so that #!/bin/bash is the ...

Re: [tips request] Handling Location Notes
Drivel You're right about the links in the statsheet not being clickable. Plothos's Messenger drop-in would work quite well for picking and choosing which message to send to the players, though. Only problem is the players can see is that it would require the GM to intervene in some manner, to allo...

Does anyone have a framework for this? I am playing this with the kids when we get a chance and I would like to play it on the TV.

Re: [tips request] Handling Location Notes
I would use Plothos's Messenger drop-in or Aliasmask's update of it. You will need to fix the code to autodisplay the information after a skill check roll, but it holds quite a bit of info. Or possibly Biodudes Canned Speech drop-in with the same re-coding to fit your needs. If you put a HTML link i...
