Re: Statblock -> RPTok conversion?
I have not run across any documentation for the token file formats, fortunately, they're all zipped up, text, and images. It takes a little bit of effort (tedium) to reverse engineer, but it is very easy to do. I mostly took lmarcus's pre-made tokens, unzipped them, and started taking apart their co...

Re: Statblock -> RPTok conversion?
The token files aren't that bad really. I'm already doing them from a database on http://www.imarvintpa.com/dndlive/

Re: MapTool 1.3 Development Build 58
Oddly enough, if the Init Panel is tabbed (with the Library), I've had no issues with my layout going away.

Re: fog of war visibility
(This is in the wrong board, it should be in the MapTool board.) You want to learn how Vision works in MapTool. You can assign vision types to a token (double click the token and a properties window will open.) On the last tab, there will be a drop-down of vision types and darkvision is one of the d...

Re: MapScaleTool v1.01
Here's how I do it: Count squares Count pixels from outer most corners of that line of squares. Resize the entire image to new calculated size. That's why there are two sizes per dimension. One for the total image size and another for counted squares distance. (Or my preferred technique, find a VTT ...

Map: Shackled City: Orak's Bathhouse
I've made a map of the bathhouse with Dundjinni, it is on my gallery at

Re: 1 more FoW layer.
FOW works differently for the DM vs Players. Full FOW for the players is a solid color or texture (defined by you when you created the map.) If you are the DM, it has a transparency.
So, make sure that isn't what you're seeing first.

Re: Statblock -> RPTok conversion?
Not yet, but it would be tempting to do.
After I convert the monsters in the Bestiary, I should have code that could be adapted.
If not, I'll keep it in mind.

Re: [1.3.56] Fill squares hexes drawing tool
I think I'd prefer the effort to be directed more to having the drawing tools be better than Dundjinni's so I could just skip that step.

Re: [1.3.56] Fill squares hexes drawing tool
I must admit that is how I'm doing it when I make the maps in Dunjinni too. I use a 5-foot square brush with snap to center of grids setting, fill in the walls with the dominant texture. Then I go back with the "Walls are this thick something" sized brush with snap to vertexes and draw the...

Re: MapTool 1.3 Development Build 57
I must admit to testing out the even ones more than the odd build numbers. The cutting edge followers will find the big bugs quickly enough. I'll follow in a week or so after a build has proven to work well enough to try to find other ways to break it.

PS I made a feature request for the movement thread-jack.
I haven't figured out what to do, if anything, for the Patron campaign jacking.

[1.4] Basic Movement Manager
Currently, you can move, and place way-points. Then the Auto-fog-clearing capability takes effect once you release the token. If there were an option to enable a Movement tracking modal dialog (like the layer selection box) with a "Distance Token has moved so far" display, a "Revert&q...

Clear vs info icon is a personal choice, but we agree on purpose. The Pathfinder monsters will live at m But the 3.5 monsters already work and are at m Just search for a monster and click on its token. So, if you want to preview what will come out, that's available now. They're designed with this ca...
