Re: [Nerps!] MapTool Fork based on 1.4.1.x

Is there a repository of older versions of the Nerps! client? Our game frequently has guest players and every time a new player tries to get the client compatible with our server, we struggle to find the version that our campaign is running on. And our GM doesn't want to keep updating to the newest ...

Re: line break in a token property

Yeah, I considered doing something along those lines. It's inelegant but if there's no other way then I might do that. I was hoping that functionality might have been added since the original post, but alas.

Thanks for your reply, aliasmask.

Re: line break in a token property

Totally necro'ing this thread because I'm looking to do the same thing as the OP.

Is this still the case with the latest version of MapTool or has this changed? Is there any known way to get a line break inserted into the text field of the statsheet?

Re: 91.08 Pathfinder + D&D3.5 Framework NEW!

I'm trying to check out Mote for the first time, downloaded this campaign file, and every time I run one of the campaign macros it runs twice. If I create a new macro, it just runs once as expected.

Re: MT1.3b91.05 Pathfinder + D&D3.5 Framework

Okay. I don't see anything in those tables that clarifies how stat damage is applied, but if it makes sense to you, then cool. I was thinking of something like a simple radio button within the input window with options of Damage or Drain. If Damage is selected, then the amount by which the stat is r...

Re: MT1.3b91.05 Pathfinder + D&D3.5 Framework

Wussy Pathfinder! Real adventurers suffer horribly! I will see what I can do... but for now, make it permanent loss for anyone that whines! EDIT As I read, I see the exact same as 3.5 with some variant wording and some easement at the 1 and below stat (no dead, damage won't take below 1). The minus...

Re: MT1.3b91.05 Pathfinder + D&D3.5 Framework

In the next update, can you correct the way Stat Damage works? In Pathfinder, ability score damage and drain are handled differently. Drain actually reduces the ability but damage does not. For damage, there is only an effect for every 2 points of damage incurred so 1 point of stat damage is the sam...

Re: Getting s: to work

Is it true that, if I want to nest IFs, I have to use the CODE roll option? So in thatcase, I would only have one choice, right?

Re: Getting s: to work

I think it must be something built in to the way the script interprets the CODE roll option. If I literally cut and paste the nested code from http://lmwcs.com/rptools/wiki/code_(roll_option) and replace the h, with an s, on line 3, I get the same behavior. It won't send the output to self. Weird.

Re: Getting s: to work

That works great. Thanks, alias.

I wish I understood why the first version didn't work though. The };] is required to close the nested IF, I believe. And I can't imagine how it would have an impact on whether the s: roll option is recognized.

Getting s: to work

I'm having trouble getting this macro to output to self: [h:curse=7] [h:curseCheck=d100] [h:targetCheck=d100] [r,s,IF(curseCheck<curse),CODE: { Frothing at the mouth and screaming incoherently, you fly into an uncontrollable rage. Re: MT1.3b91.04 Pathfinder + D&D3.5 Framework (RELEASED)

Cool. Thanks for that. I wonder if, in the future, there might be a way to automate the process to some degree. Obviously it would require some input for the user to specify which elements were customized and thus needed to be exported/imported. Right now it just seems like a laborious process with ...

Re: MT1.3b91.04 Pathfinder + D&D3.5 Framework (RELEASED)

What if, instead of exporting my .03 stuff and importing it into .04, I did the opposite? What if I exported the .04 macros, campaign properties, and Lib: tokens and then imported them into .03? What else would I need to import? Are any of the tables different in .04? Any other critical stuff? Do yo...

Re: MT1.3b91.04 Pathfinder + D&D3.5 Framework (RELEASED)

What is the best and easiest way to upgrade a campaign file with dozens of maps, tables, custom states, etc. from .03 to .04? Does each map, table, state, etc. need to be individually manually exported and then individually manually imported into the new campaign file? Or is there a more efficient m...
