Will this be able to work as a macro on the macros panel that works for the selected token? Or will it have to be a token macro? If the latter only, while it'd be nice, I'm not sure it'd be all that much faster to right-click, find the macro and then type in the adjustment, than to just double clic...

Problem is that release is only available for people running Max OS X 10.5.2 (latest patch of leopard) and not 10.4 (Tiger). It's also only available for 64 bit intel machines, which rules out all the older Power PC machines, and even the older intel macbooks (and I think older intel mac minis) ther...

/stp "Big Orc 12" [HP=HP-1] /stp [HP=HP-1] // with token selected I'm going to tweak it so that you don't need the /stp part I thought of doing that at the start, but then having the command operate multiple selected tokens may be a little fiddly as it will have to be in a token macro so ...

This error most often occurs when there is a problem with the "My" folders -- you know My Pictures, My Documents or their equivalent My-less versions in vista -- have been renamed, moved, deleted or windows just gets a little screwed up -- lets face it, its windows it happens. If you are c...

You can Say you have a property OffMod you can make it Scale + WeaponSpeed no = no brackets just what you would normally put between the [ ] Then when you use OffMod in a token macro it will substitute the value of Scale + WeaponSpeed. You will only see the value of OffMod in the expanded roll not ...

I have sent a patch for /settokenproperty (/stp). I don't know what build it will make it into as I am sure trevor would like to stop adding features to 1.3 so he can get it out the door and start on 1.4 The short version on how to use it /stp [PropertyName = value] It can also be used to set token ...

That's what I've done now. The only math now are the variable modifiers like Injuries and Combat Stances. This has definitely helped to make the output more readable. It's about as condensed as it can be right now. I could go a step further and add total variable fields, but that would require the ...

Connection and Map Explorer panels.

A comment has been made that the Connection and Map Explorer panels (bottom two on the left in the default layout) may need a little attention. So at this point I am taking any suggestions that you may have as to what extra or changed functionality you would like to see in these panels. So please re...

There is one problem there... The XdY is handled by dicelib and the concat by the parser. If you do something like concat(numD, "d6") dicelib gets first crack at the "d6" part before anything will be sent to the parser. So what you will end up with is concat(numD, "roll(1,6...

hmmmm... I wonder about the concat function... will need to play with that. If the order of operations is correct, then I might be able to get number 2 on my list working also without any code work, and that would be super sweet! Joe There is one problem there... The XdY is handled by dicelib and t...

Well, at this point, just finding the entry point from the macro/chat window perspective would be nice. I pulled up dicelib last night as I was looking to find out where the floor function was defined in it or in the maptool code, but could not find anything. Heck, I could not even find any referen...

As Torstan mentioned there are two ways to use /settokenstate -- or /sts if you hate typing. The first is to set the state of a token using its name /sts JoeBlow dead true The second is for setting the state of any selected tokens /sts dead true If the last argument is true the state is set, false i...

I'm assuming that the defender's values won't be automated until scripting is added. There is no way to do it at the moment and you may have to wait until scripting is added. Even then there will be things that will need to be resolved before you would be able to do it. For example how would you kn...

There is no way to tell MapTool to reset these variables for you at the end of a macro, but you can do it manually. Just add the assignments at the end of all the macros you want to reset it in, e.g. [mod_att = 0][mod_def = 0][mod_dam=0] or what ever the names of these values are. Then when the macr...
