Re: Rumble's 4E Framework, Version 5 - Discussion

You can try the code fix, but I suspect it's already there. It is likely the End Turn macro and not the actual timing mechanism, if it works okay with "Next Initiative." For what it's worth, the fix suggested in the thread I linked to worked. After editing the handleStates macro on the ca...

Re: Rumble's 4E Framework, Version 5 - Discussion

Rumble's framework is not laggy and in our game the results actually appear very quickly with-in a few seconds.Like what was mentioned before, the only things that lag for what it actually 7 seconds"Tested" is multiple tokens selected and then a macro like EXT. REST being applied to them. ...

Re: Rumble's 4E Framework, Version 5 - Discussion

I run Rumble's v5 full framework every week and I don't notice much in the way of delays or laggyness. I ran the slim version for a while but whilst I loved the appearance, the tracking of states and general better automation forced me back to the full version. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend eithe...

Re: Map looks like jigsaw puzzle to players

I had an issue similar to this where if the map was zoomed out so you could see the whole thing it was fine but as soon as it was zoomed in so that the top left pixel was 'off screen' the map would turn into a repeating pattern of only a small part of the map. I figured it was video driver related b...

Re: Trick: use anti-alias overlays c/w drop shadows in Token

Glad you like it. I knew I could make it work somehow with token tool, it just took me while for the solution to click. I dunno if there's many aware of this technique but if you're like me and like polished graphics (after all I did make all those states) then this does the trick quickly and easily...

Re: Tokens with Spaces in their name results in funky stuff

Yeah, this seems to have occurred in a recent build of Maptool. It's the hex code for when a space used in URLs. Mildly annoying.

Re: Rumble's 4E Framework, Version 5 - Discussion

Dunno if this is related your issues but I've noticed recently when importing monsters from the compendium that the framework messes up the skills entries. You simply have to edit all the misc bonuses to skills back to zero and then tick the trained skills. After doing this everything is OK. --AidyB...

Re: Rumble's 4E Framework, Version 5 - Discussion

Is there any way to use the import functions with the latest version of Wizards' tools? Perhaps printing to a PDF that's converted to text you could select and paste? I really loved being able to paste in whole monsters and powers with only a few adjustments afterward. I understand why we can't sha...

Re: Rumble's 4E Framework, Version 5 - Discussion

Hmmm, this issue seems to be fixed when I use the campaign in 1.3.b82. Maybe something in Maptools got screwed in b81? Anyway, the Winter's Wrath power (token attached in previous post) now works, albeit without the BurstCenter token it throws a wobble: Error executing getTokens: the token name or i...

Re: Rumble's 4E Framework, Version 5 - Discussion

Hi Rumble - I keep getting an error that's driving me nuts... Error executing getTokens: the token name or id {1} is unknown. I get this when trying to run some powers on a token. I can't see any rhyme or reason for the error except that the odd power creates it and deleting the power and re-inputti...
