It's possible that there is no comma operator (I haven't gone and looked) but I thought I saw it mentioned a week or so ago when a list of functions was being discussed... There isn't. At least, not at the moment. There also seems to be an issue with quotes in the new [] syntax. In most cases I gav...

Yeah, this will be fixed in the next build.

[C(10): result = eval("1d10") + if(result<5,"bob","jane")] the result= isn't working, so when you hit if(result...) - that second result in the IF produces a popup therefore the dieroll never gets passed to the if to be acted on. Well, the result= is working, but assig...

Well, if you use Weapon1Damage to store the max value, then you can use [Weapon1Damage] for crits and [roll(Weapon1Damage)] for normal hits.

I'm not able to reproduce this issue. I'm typing in

Code: Select all

swing [1d20+3] damage [1d6+3]
and it gives me

Code: Select all

swing 16 damage 7

Is that exactly what you're typing in? Is there any other relevant information?

New roll syntax/tooltips - comprehensive bug list

Okay, this thread is for keeping track of problems with the new roll syntax and tooltips. I'll keep this post updated, so before reporting a bug please check to see if it's already in the list. If you are reporting a new bug, please include detailed instructions for reproducing it . Newlines within ...

the default separator should be "" (blank string). It is annoying to have to define a separator for hidden tags ("[H, C(n): roll]" outputs n-1 commas); Oops, that's a bug. I'll fix it so there's no output when you use [h: ]. also, the separator parsing is buggy: it doesn't seem ...

Nope. Fonts aren't protected under copyright in the US since 1976. Contrary to the Berne Convention and pretty much the rest of the civilized world. If you create a font that looks exactly like somebody else's font then you are fine just watch the name and any symbols within the font that might be ...

Okay, well, as it stands there is code that tries to do the replacement but it's slightly wrong, so it doesn't work. I'm fine with it not doing it, it just looks like its supposed to.

Use a /cmd that doesn't output anything. I believe /stp is commonly used for this purpose?

Try /stp [token.init=xxxx]; I think that'll do it.

Mr. Pokeylope, I would actually like to see if I can work with you to coop your "tags" syntax to create a variable name list. The idea is, at the top of a section of macro code that would normally have several individual prompts to let people "predefine" their prompting variable...

Ummm what? What bug are you talking about, cause it may not be a bug.... If you have the following macro: foo bar the documented behavior is that it will replace the newline with a <br> tag. The code to do this exists, but there's a bug in it and the replacement doesn't actually happen. So instead ...

Hi, I'm trying to make it so that when a monster reaches its bloodied value, the bloodied state will show up. I tried this and variants of this but wouldn't work. { if (HP==30, [state.Bloodied = 1], [state.Bloodied = 0] ) } What is the correct way to do this? {state.Bloodied = if (HP==30, 1, 0) } A...
