Probably the easiest way to go would be to use his campaign where everything is already to go and the export your maps from your own campaign and import them to your Rumble campaign. It's a bit more involved to import everything needed from his campaign to yours but it can be done. For this you need...

Under the map menu there is an option for making the map visible to players. Also under preferences you can set it so new maps are not visible to players.

Nope Windows can't figure out what an "air" file is.

Edit. You must download and install Adobe Air first then install the token generator.

It's hard to find but some other contributor came up with this a while back. Add this code to the token properties to get what you want. *States:[h:theList = getTokenStates()][r, foreach(item, theList, ""): if(getState(item), item + ", ", "")]
