Ah ha, yes that rings bells. You can set up a Sight in the Campaign Property and then add that to a token on the config tab. So I can set this up in b70. That's good to know.

4E Darkvision?
Hi All, Sorry for asking a question which I could go and experiment and find out but I'm at work and want to know the answer NOW! :) I'm running v3b70 at the moment. One of our PCs has just gained darkvision. Is there a simple way to switch this on in MT? I'd like to continue using darkness/light. W...

Re: Generic E1 - E3
First draft of E1 is finished. Again a big thanks to Wonko for doing all the maps. This version uses my own Framework and to use it properly you'll need to convert your own PCs to use the same framework which requires PCMaker and a DDi account - with the PCs built using the offline character builder...

Re: Generic E1 - E3
I've made a start on E1 today. Done the first 8 or so encounters, from A1, all the Z series and up to and including D4.
This campaign is built using my TokenMaker program but all the monsters should be self contained and not need anything special to work.

Re: Generic E1 - E3
Just to let everyone know that I've now completed doing the MapTool preparation of my campaign up to the end of 20th level and so the next thing I need to do is start work on putting E1 into MapTool. I've downloaded all the AMAZING maps that Wonko created and am going to start sticking them into MT ...

Re: [D&D4E Framework] Blakey's Framework
Weird! I don't really have a clue, I'm afraid. The token saving is simply using a very standard JFileChooser to select the filename. As far as I know the OS should provide the suitable file chooser. On windows7 mine looks like this: savedialog.jpg Maybe one of the Java experts on the boards can help...

Re: [D&D4E Framework] Blakey's Framework
Okay, I did some googling and found another option to find people's home directories. It's apparently not 100% fool proof but it works on my PC (which is my most important concern) and hopefully it will fix your Mac issues too Doc. Download the latest versions from the first post and let me know how...

Re: [D&D4E Framework] Blakey's Framework
A bit more info Doc. The program looks for an environment variable called "USERPROFILE" for where to create the .tokenmaker folder. This folder also holds status info (in a file called ".status") which basically saves all your last selected folders for where to find images, DDi s...

Re: [D&D4E Framework] Blakey's Framework
Hey Doc, I don't own a Mac nor have access to one so I can't debug this, sorry. But I have a way which will (I hope) fix it for you. I don't know of the way Mac's layout their file systems, but if you can find the folder where the ".maptool" folder is located (under Windows 7 this will be ...

Re: TokenMaker
Just for anyone that cares, there's a new version available today - just a trickle of changes over the last few months.
The new version is available along with my latest framework on that thread.

Re: [D&D4E Framework] Blakey's Framework
Been doing a little work on and off on this over the last few months but nothing too much. In fact I'm not even quite sure what changes I've made! I've definitely fixed up NPCMaker so that it works with the new monster stat blocks now. I've added support for more striker features for PCs. The framew...

Re: Lost Frame
Yeah, it did - thanks.
For the record, all I did was run MT up with the laptop in single screen mode and I was able to find and re-dock all my missing frames.
Cheers!

Lost Frame
Hey guys, I have a frame which pops up a character sheet when I mouse over monsters and pcs. However a few days ago I dragged and dropped it off into somewhere "unknown". I think it was a dual screen issue - I dragged it out of a maximized map tool and onto another window. Now when I mouse...

Re: UPnP Issue
Glad you got it working. You do know there is no reason at all to disable the Windows Firewall. You simply create exceptions for Java when prompted and all is fine. So you might imagine. We tried this but the Group Policy disables any "local" rules. It's ridiculous "secure". In ...

Re: UPnP Issue
It's already disabled when at work - the work firewall keeps everything out. I'm home now and have just tried it for real and it's all working perfectly.
Excellent news.
