If your crit range is 19-20 try this:

att(19)+20

This will roll a d20 and tell you whether you rolled a 19 or 20. Then you can double-click on the roll to back it up.

I'm glad that things are working for you now. We all feel very strongly about helping and while I am glad you were able to fix it for yourself, never hesitate to ask questions or for clarification.

Hey Kashirigi, Sorry to hear you are having trouble running it on your linux box. I just verified that the manifest file inside the maptool.jar contains the correct entries for the libs. That makes me think that perhaps the libs are in the wrong place. From the directory that you extracted maptool, ...

So, any idea what size I should shoot for on each map? Maybe less than 10 meg on each one? The size of the map on disk is only partially relevant because the images are usually compressed (JPEG, PNG, GIF, etc...) The on-disk size only affects transfers between the server and client and this only oc...

I don't have a problem with the purple and red interplay, but I can definitely see Full Bleed's point about the background feeling a little "flat". Token Tool's splashscreen feels like it has a little more to it because of the 3 layers: title, horse and background. That being said, I still...

Does something like this make sense: XdYN+10? What does that mean exactly, do you add it to the BODY or the STUN, or both?

XdYh would also be okay. The Hero System notation for this type of dice roll is XdYN, so for Hero gamers that would be familiar. The parser has a limitation right now that I haven't had a chance to fix. It cannot return multiple results for the same expression, so for now it is difficult to support...

I have flushed out the examples on the page Trevor linked.

You analyzed how it works correctly. basically the 1d10s7 is translated into a function: countsuccess(1, 10, 7) which results in a count of the number of successes. The parser currently doesn't have the ability to show sub-results like you are requesting. For example 4d6 doesn't show you each die ro...

Ok, I played with this last night. Download the zip file download from here: m. Drop a functions.js into the root (beside the .jar file). Here is an example: m. Something like this: function registerFunctions() { var map = new java.util.HashMap(); map.put("fnord", ...
