Re: Problems on Ubuntu 9.04
Here is the log.txt from the game I played yesterday and today: 2009-06-18 11:13:33,829 [AWT-EventQueue-1] ERROR - java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1 java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1 at java.util.ArrayList.remove(ArrayList.java:390) at net.rptools.maptool.model.InitiativeList.r...

Re: Problems on Ubuntu 9.04
OK, Here are the answers to your questions: 1) Each PC is running 1.3.b56 and only mine was a upgrade. 2) See above 3) Both. I get the error when I run as GM or as a player. 4) The other PCs run it as a player unless I play from them, but that only happened once and I don't remember getting that err...

Re: Problems on Ubuntu 9.04
I did copy this directly from the Chat window. There are no errors showing up in the terminal where I run the shell file nor in the ~/.maptool/log.txt. Also, this macro works fine on 4 other PCs running Xubuntu 9.04 with the exact same java -version and updates (not necessarily programs). So, I thou...

Show info to certain PCs based on Skill Check
Currently, I am using Veggiesama's excellent framework for 4E. I would like to be able to allow certain PCs the ability to see NPC/Monsters abilities(AC/Fort/Ref/Will/MaxHP) if they pass a skill check. However, I do not know if MapTools has the functionality of this. I was thinking of maybe doing li...

Re: Problems on Ubuntu 9.04
This is the shell file I use to launch Maptool:
javaw -Xmx1024M -Xss32M -jar maptool-*.jar run
What is a good site to post the image to so it can be viewed here?

Problems on Ubuntu 9.04
Multiple times when I click on a macro or start a campaign, I get a dialog box with nothing in it, just white space. I have the most current Java and it works for other stuff. I can provide a log of what the terminal shows if needed.

Re: Veggiesama's Framework (D&D 4e)
So, for me to play as a character I would have to have two sessions open? One as host (GM) one as client (character). Is there anyway to visually show which is which? i.e. titlebar, change chat text color... FIXED -- Next time I need to RTFM before asking for help. My assumption was that with...

Re: Veggiesama's Framework (D&D 4e)
OK, Thanks! That answered my questions. I will just have to switch to players view on my turn as a character.
Also, is there a reason why when I turn on fog of war the screen goes completely black? I have tried using aura to mimic wizards light, but that does not work.

Re: Veggiesama's Framework (D&D 4e)
I can play a character using the tokens powers and such. However, as a GM it allows me to move the token further than the tokens speed and I am able to see the whole map, not just what is in my sight.

Re: Veggiesama's Framework (D&D 4e)
I am having a problem with adding the wizard spell "Light". I set the type to aura but when I turn MT to Player's view and use the macro, the screen still stays black. How do I fix this? FIXED: I get this in many of my Powers: Unable to evaluate expression 1[W] + Strength line 1:282: expec...

Re: KotS work in progress
Our group is on the 2nd Lvl in the room with the statues. How can I target any of the statues? It does not let me select it and using Veggiesama's framework when I go to use a power it asks for a selection.

Re: KotS work in progress
Any progress on the maps? I would like to use this as my group has been playing around a table, but one of the players just had a baby and cannot play for a while so we cannot play. This way we can all play over the net. Thanks for the hard work!

Re: Monster Manual library of tokens for Veggisama framework....
I would like to help. I think I have a PHP parser program around on my PC designed for the Monster Manual that would cut the typing down. Also, I can write a program that takes this flat file and creates the xml. I just need a standard xml token to use as an example. I would need one of the hardest ...
