Re: Music Tool or does anyone know of any programs out there?
FYI, there are a couple tools that you may find of interest for adding sound effects to your games (both of them are fairly cheap shareware with trial versions so you can see what you pay for ahead of time): -- Scramby: includes voice modulator with ability to create your voices, sound effect player...

It's just plain great !
I Played with it a bit, haven't found a bug yet. I love the transform function. Thanks a lot for your great work.

Re: [Framework] One Roll Engine Games
No problem,
I understand perfectly your point of view
You're right C-Tech uses Framewerk, so I'm going to look into your referal : it may be exactly what I need, or at least give me something to start from (I'm better at reverse engineering than scripting from scratch).
Take care.

Re: [Framework] One Roll Engine Games
Hi Rumble, you're probably uber busy already, but in case you have some spare time, I'd like to make you an offer. If you'd be willing in making a Framework for CthulhuTech, I'd buy you the core rulebook (either printed or pdf version, your choice) to make up for your effort. I don't need anything p...

Re: Sound device
It's a bit late, but I personally use two apps for my online games: -- Scramby (Shareware). Really easy to use because it basically creates a virtual devices that will insert itself between your microphone and your output in Windows (worked with XP and Vista). It allows to play sound effects, loops ...

Question for emulating Framewerk die rolls with Macros
Hi, I'm working on a CthulhuTech campaign property set, and I'm wondering if there is a simple way to reproduce the Framewerk die rolling system, or if I'll have to learn more coding than the die parsing: Here's how it works: the players roll from one to 10 d10s and they can keep one of the followin...

Re: Ia! MapTool! Call Of Cthulhu Framework
Good Job Giant !
that's a nice start, and I believe we can update it to the new versions of CoC with some work.
A question though: is the MacroCthulhu token necessary ? I don't think so but I'd rather check.

Re: Servers for Maptools
It is possible for the person hosting the server (doing the File >> start server) to login as a Player, and for another person running the client to connect to that server and login as a player. However both the Game host and the MJ will be limited in what they can do. So that's not a viable system....

Re: Questions about the Wall of features
Oops, looks like I opened a can O worms with my question ! Please understand that my intent was not to criticize the project in any way  :) I was merely curious about the future of the WOF top items (mostly the handout part, as that's what my players really ask for). sn't it a bit dishonest to...

Questions about the Wall of features
Hi, each new build of Maptool is getting this already awesome product even better. I noticed that the current focus for development is on Macros (and lighting a bit), but that the items on top of the Wall of feature have been kinda "left behind". Is there any intent in the near future to w...

ITableTop goes Final
Hi, First: I don't work for them ! Itabletop is another online Tabletop tool that was in beta so far. It just went final and I think it's worth checking. I don't think it's a direct competitor of Maptool, because it's not focused on the same things; but it's a great complement to Maptool. Features i...

Questions about Global Macro export/import/delete
Hi, now that its possible to import, export whole sets of Macros (awesome feature by the way) between Campaign and Token Macros, I'm wondering what can be done for the Global Macro (if that's no already done, I may just not know it). Is it now possible to: -- delete all the macros in a specific cate...
