Re: Token Database for Rumble's Framework v5
Any update? It kinda seems to be a collection - did I import it wrong?

Re: [4E] An Attempt to Return the Framework to its Classic F
Rumble,
Would it be possible to migrate this thread to the DnD subforum? While this is a 4E framework it is specific to DnD. It has always seemed out of place here and would get more attention in the 4E folder.

Re: Veggie or Rumble?
We'll keep it updated for you. No worries.Rumble wrote:I'm no longer doing any development or bugfixing on my frameworks, and I think it's been a while since Veggie did any either, so if you want something currently being supported, DN is the one to pick.
Just gotta decide on Slim or V5.

Re: Token Database for Rumble's Framework v5
Excel file is a good idea. If it is done that way to allow sorting, etc then I'd suggest we simply list the monster's name as written, not modified. IE: "Skulk Zombie" not "Zombie Skulk". As far as updated tokens - I'm referring to the first post in this thread. I've updated the ...

Re: Token Database for Rumble's Framework v5
Ya a google group would work great. I would suggest we restart the naming convention. I, as a DM, would expect to find monsters by their name - the current convention is wonky imo. Either we have everything in 1 big folder or separate it out into monster types like Undead or Fey, etc. You also NEEEE...

Re: Token Database for Rumble's Framework v5
Ya I only updated the tokens - didn't check anything. I'd be willing to wager that lots did not copy 100 perfectly. I have a many undead additions that work 100%. I will update my set on page 1 soon. Though after that I may decide to go with Rumble's Slim framework and merge everything over to that....

Re: [4E] An Attempt to Return the Framework to its Classic F
I did forget to update the button colors on the class features (marks, quarries). There aren't any healing powers, though, specifically, are there (like, built in)? Or are you talking about the other framework? I'm talking about the green button "Healing" on each player/monster token. Awe...

Re: [4E] An Attempt to Return the Framework to its Classic F
It seems the attacks are fixed and the colors are being imported as white - awesome thanks. I'll start playing around with this fully. Minor error: Healing is still in black text. Are you done completely now? No future error fixing? If so that's ok. Could you please explain how to add conditions? Wh...

Re: Rumble's 4E Framework, Version 5 - Discussion
I just tried to run a session as GM for some friends, and everything was taking 12+ seconds to happen. Any idea what sort of system resources and download/upload speeds I need from the framework to run smoothly? I saw some of the lag issues - much less, but that is why I am considering Slim. Rumble...

Re: [4E] An Attempt to Return the Framework to its Classic F
To clarify: Starting from scratch = take a toke and then import from summary/powers, etc. I've been checking the powers - missed the recharge, but it was happening on other stuff - just used it as an example. Is there a way to add conditions? For instance I used Attack Bonus/Penalty and Defense Bonu...

Re: Token Database for Rumble's Framework v5
Portrait only shows up when you hover over the monster. It shows the ugly token w/ border or the portrait.Colmarr wrote:My preference is for no portrait. IMO once you have a selection window and chat window open, there's too little screen space left the for map, especially if a portrait is taking up room.

Re: Token Database for Rumble's Framework v5
Ya images and powers take the most time. I usually try to attach a portrait as well (so they have a circle or square around their token, but on hover they have a real portrait with no border).

Re: [4E] An Attempt to Return the Framework to its Classic F
It actually starts to snowball. Once I get the initial error I start getting the same error with other things that previously did not cause the error until I close maptools. I'll see if I can isolate the original error... Lets start with the Pale Reaver. Take this token from V5: http://marklenser.co...

Re: Token Database for Rumble's Framework v5
Happy to post/store my contributions somewhere, but to be honest I'm only going to be doing the ones I need for my upcoming Zeitgeist campaign. I'm going to be using circle borders (I think they look better), but if it's not too hard to change I can probably get square versions done too. Ya thats t...
