Re: Site Downtime - Hostmonster.com Sucks Eggs

Aha! See I've not tried .3 yet... If subsilver (should be downloadable from PHPBB's site) still works with .3... I'd go with it. Just to keep from confusing everybody. As for Hostgator... It depends on the enforcement of their ToS, it could be read that hosting the actual maptool software here could...

Do you have an idea how much BW you're using? Or how much disk space you need?

Do you have a base OS preference? I've been doing some hunting myself, gimme an idea of what you're looking for and I'll see if something I poked sounds right.

Shell Scripts and (K)Ubuntu

Okay, maybe this is a dumb question but...

Shell script set to executable, using the one Az provided for maptool...

It won't let me execute it, it just wants to open in Kate for editing...

What am I missing.

Further follow up to the vanishing campaign macros issue. While this can occur at almost any save, it seems to be very prevalent for saves that occur while hosting a server session. So far I have a 100% loss rate at the end of every evening of play when I am hosting the game session. Further, furth...
