Token Vision options

I love being able to set up token vision so that each player can only see what their token sees, or that they can all share each others vision. But, is there a way (via scripts or something) to set up individual views against other tokens. What I mean is, I want to take the evil wizard token who has...

Re: Wolph42's 'Drop-in' Bag of MT Tricks v.8.6 [Border Jump]

Hey Wolph, every time I come back to this tread I'm finding neat new things added to your BoT! lol Lovin' it! Gotta question. How hard would it be to set up telepads and interpads so that they have a random destination? Here's an example of how I would use them. In the module I'm building, there are...

Re: Combining campaign files?

Duh. Thanks.

Another question, sorta related. Once I have all the maps back into one campaign file, there are over 20 levels. When I click on Select Map, the list that comes up is longer than my screen. Is there a way to scroll that list, or get it to list in multiple columns?

Combining campaign files?

Is it possible to combine campaign files into a single file? I originally had my Rappan Athuk file as a single campaign. But it was so huge while I was working on it, I broke it into three separate files. As I finish each section, I would love to be able to re-merge them all (so I can use Wolf42 tel...

Re: FOW and VBL question

BTW, your 3rd image looks like you used the oval VBL tool. I don't know what you did there, but if you just stick with creating a big rectangle VBL block and erasing out the inner area with the closed polygon tool, you won't have that problem with corners. Actually no, that was the end of a line. T...

Re: FOW and VBL question

I'll take a look at GE's tiles, but to be honest I'm not too confident. But, we'll see :) I've been doing the block and carve method and I've been trying to not follow the curves of tunnels too much. But, I'd like to get some opinions on this. In addition, I know that the stray VBL pixel can be hell...

Re: FOW and VBL question

Yeah, I've learned not to follow the walls exactly. Although as you noticed, Rappan Athuk has a ton of irregular maps. I'm doing pretty good with them so far, actually drawing them on the background level instead of using tiles (haven't found tiles that work well enough for the huge diversity of tun...

FOW and VBL question

I thought I saw something about this somewhere already, but I can't find it. I'm wondering, what is the most memory and CPU efficient way to to run VBL and FOW. One way to do it would be cover the entire map in a solid VBL block, Then carve out the halls, rooms and caverns. The other way would be to...

Re: Wolph42's 'Drop-in' Bag of MT Tricks v.7.5 [Buttons]

I have to agree with Oryan. While the warded aspect would be awesome, it would not be good to have it affecting surrounding spaces. As for VBL incorporated into tokens, that's been kicked around for a few years from what I can recall. The writers have talked about adding that to an upcoming version ...

Thanks for the heads up the pads were turned off. I was about to post something that it wasn't working either. But, turning them on works :)

Center screen shortcut?

Is there a keyboard shortcut that will center the screen on the currently selected token? Or is there an option that will auto center the map on the selected token after it moves? This would be nice so that you aren't having to constantly grab and drag the map every time you move, especially when yo...

Re: Wolph42's 'Drop-in' Bag of MT Tricks v.4.2 [Animated Doo

Hey Wolph... haven't been working on my big map in a while. Just started again and saw you have done some major updates to your teleporters. The automatic function is cool! I'm wondering, how many times can I run the auto function? If I add, remove, move telepads on maps and then re-run the auto fun...
