If I were roleplaying myself, my character sheet would have:

What I really want it to do is read my mind.

Resizing, Rotating Backgrounds problem.

Rotate something in freesize 90 degrees. Try re-sizing it or watch where its label shows when moving it around. Backgrounds such as those from http://gallery.rptools.net/v/contrib/Vr ... ?g2_page=1 show the problem the best. Use non-square pictures for most obvious effect.

I was thinking a "Sandbox" map where you could drop an image in it and anybody else could right-click and save it, or just drag it in the other direction into the image folders. This would be a special map type that would ignore any strict modes and not allow FoW, etc. This would work for ...

In Strict. To be honest, I didn't pay much attention to the token list on my Player View client. Another handy thing that I'd like to see is some way for the players to send me tokens they'd like to use for their characters in a way other than e-mail. I suspect that will be a 1.2 feature though. I think you have an option for this already, but I think my problem is I work in a positive logic way. I assume the players can see everything unless I hide it. I was throwing out more kobolds as I needed them by copying the dead ones. I use the FoW to do my hiding of things the players don't see. I...

The game I'm running isn't much role playing at all. We're testing out a casting variant where the spell caster's spells have variable results. At this point, the game is VERY video-game like. It is just a blast on its own.

Another run.

Hey, Last night I ran another game. b28 ran pretty smoothly. Our group is slowly physically breaking up as a result of this program. My roommate and I are playing from my house, our friend who has hosted for the last 3 years had only one other person at his place and we ran from her place last week....

I see it, but I don't "get" it.
Are these new for various states or used to differentiate them?

Foreground Layer

Hey, I just had a weird/cool idea. Add a new "Foreground" layer which lays on top of all other layers, including FOW. Thus, if you set up a house with a roof, you can show the world with no/little FOW and when they enter the house, you can remove the roof and not reveal anything unexpected...

Interesting possible problem (1.1b24)

When you have two GM clients and the non-server GM client adds a map, I could not see the new maps on either of my clients but her clients could.

UPNP and MapTool

Hey, I'm going to recommend something pretty technical that I'm just not sure how to get it done. Anyway, would it be possible to add support for Universal Plug and Play into MapTool. This would allow some people to have no need to know how to work their routers to let them serve. I know I like it b...

It was MS Access, but I moved it to mySQL a while back. Here's the spell table. I have a good number of others, but I'm not feeling that right now. CREATE TABLE `spell` ( `Name` varchar(50) default NULL, `Id` int(11) NOT NULL default '0', `School` varchar(20) default NULL, `Subschool` varchar(20) de...

I've had that phrase there since late 2004, I haven't had any problems so far. I also don't post the entire spell descriptions and the like. I generally show less than Crystal Keep or something close. I've ask and have been denied the hope of selling full access subscriptions. So they are aware that...
