Is there a specific folder to put maptools in ? Do I install the other tools in the maptool folder ?
Is C:\maptools\ okay ?
Lots of info on how to write macros on the wiki, but I don't see any of this install info on the wiki, or in these forums.
Yes, I am kinda dense when it comes to where to install new software.
Thanks.

Re: Install maptool where on my Windows 8.1 computer ?
I recommend installing it manually to where ever you can access it quickly. Someplace like my documents or a folder on your desktop. I just left it in a folder under my downloads and made a windows shortcut. Making the shortcut isn't intuitive and I made a video under MapTool | How To if you're interested. I also briefly go through the install process.
