Maptool Makes Gaming Easier

I've been running Maptool to host 3 hour weekly sessions for several months now. We've been using a framework I built for an OSR ruleset, 'Basic Fantasy', and we're playing Dwimmermount. I play in my home office, my kid joins in from his laptop in another part of the house and I've got 3 other friends, one of whom is on the west coast, who join us. We use LogMeInHamachi for a VPN and gameplay has been extremely smooth.

I also sprung for a Zoom subscription, and it's also been a great solution for video chat.

My friends have never used a VTT before now, and they are really impressed with how well the game runs on Maptool.
