Re: MapTool LFR event calender
It is a super-excellent tool. I use it all the time to watch for morning games. Thanks!
Re: MapTool LFR event calender
Sorry for this being a noob question; but I am interested in playing LFR and I have never used MapTools before. Are there people that just "show up" to the games you have listed and just join up to go through the module or do I gather a party first and then run through it at the alotted time listed?
Example, I am interested in running through the game on Sunday the 23rd at 3:00 EDT. Would I need to track down a list of people who want to run through it as well or just show up and we team up to tackle it together?
I have an RPGA number (somewhere) and think I have registered it as well. But I haven't created a character for it as of yet; but am going to soon.
Thanks for the help and sorry for the question again.

Just tried some GWT, to automatically detect your timezone with Javascript: http://rpdashboard.appspot.com/
Can you check if that works for you?

Re: MapTool LFR event calender
For me (Pacific US time) the time on the far left is incorrect. For example, the Tuesday game is 9PM EDT, and the time on the left says 1AM. It should say 6PM if it is for my local time.
Re: MapTool LFR event calender
Bummer! What tells the timezone on the bottom of the calendar and the time on the bottom of the page?Alphastream wrote:For me (Pacific US time) the time on the far left is incorrect. For me it correctly displays:
andEvents shown in time zone: GMT+02:00
Mon May 24 19:46:34 GMT+200 2010

The time bit in the corner works correctly for me: "Mon May 24 14:22:14 GMT-400 2010"Elden wrote:Just tried some GWT, to automatically detect your timezone with Javascript: http://rpdashboard.appspot.com/

It looks like the game list is still in GMT, though.

Re: MapTool LFR event calender
I get GMT-700 in the corner.
Re: MapTool LFR event calender
I found the error. Creating the Google Calendar URL with GMT-x worked and GMT+x didn't because I had to encode the +.

Re: MapTool LFR event calender
Awesome! It works.
Re: MapTool LFR event calender
Back from my camping trip and I updated the calendar.
In about 2 weeks (If everything works out) I might finish my little hobby-project, that will enable DM's to update the calender by themselves.

Re: MapTool LFR event calender
Thanks for the info. I enter the events in my timezone and sometimes an error creeps in. I corrected that.Thio wrote:im a bit confused for the game i applied to though..
