New roll options in build 57?

Hi!

There was talk about some fancy roll options ([self:], [gm:], ..., see http://forums.rptools.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5665) that might have made it into build57. Have they?

These should be in b58, which Trevor claims will be available next week.
