Request for the ability to mark on handouts with paint tools (like you can on the map) and the markings remain on the handout when closed and can be further modified when opened again.

The picture I have attached explains why I'm looking for this feature. If not I will have to track everything in the properties of each token which I can do but will take much longer to implement. Thanks for reading and telling me why it cannot work
