[1.3b53] Preference for Macro Editable

[1.3b53] Preference for Macro Editable

As a GM, I don't want any macro I create to be editable by players, and I make a lot of macros. Would it be possible to have an option in the Preferences window allowing me to specify what the default should be for Allow Players to Edit Macro?

I'll play around with it...not sure when trevor plans to publish b54.
