Help with 4th ed DnD stats on campaign properties

Having problems setting up the Campaign properties for the DnD 4th ed. format Any help would be appreciated. If any ideas, email me at [email protected] ty

Campaign properties are set up in map tool, not char tool. Character tool has it's own set of properties that are not part of a campaign. There is a file that will map them from CT to MT, they will then show up in MT if created in CT. Is that what you're asking about?
