Cannot Start Server in Maptool

I've been to the Networking FAQ, and I am stuck on step 1. No matter what I do, whenever I hit "test connection" a message pops up saying "unable to see your computer from the internet". I followed all the directions for port forwarding. I have disabled all my firewalls. I even tried DMZ, but everything has failed... Help?

Some info:
Windows Vista
I'm using a wireless connection via my laptop
maptool version 1.3.b63
using Java web start
my local address: 192.168.2.30
trying to use default port 51234
