Would there be a easy way to add an altitude indicator on top of the icon (and popup menu changeable)? This would be great to show relative altitudes, even if the popup only allowed a quick set of numbers to choose from (like 1-10), value based on the hex/grid size of course...

I was thinking of something like a small box enclosed number....

I think the plan (for version 1.3) is to allow the gm to specify the most important attributes (like str, AC, hp whatever) that would be available in some sort of popup-style way when mousing over different tokens.

If I remembered that correctly, you could simply create an altitude attribute and choose to have that displayed.

Correct. The trick is making it easily changeable. and visible.

For visibility, we'll have hover overs that you can put the altitude into, but that may not be optimal for wanting to if two tokens are on the same height.
