Restricting players actions

Is there a way to restrict permitting players to
1) Add tokens
2) Draw on the map

Also, is there a way to center a specific player on my view, rather then everyone?

No, No and Nope.

1) no, and sort of. You can't prevent them from dropping, but if they mouseover their token you can run a macro that deletes the token using the stat sheet.
2) no
3) yes. See Wiki: goto() and Wiki: setCurrentMap(). You send pm to player with link to click or autoexecute.

But none of these are built in to MT and the ones with solutions would need some macros written.
