So we tripped over this last night...
My players commented on the fact that they could see something that was on the hidden layer. I change the object to "only visible to owners" and then they couldn't see it. Then it happened again.
So today, I threw 2 NPCs on the Hidden layer and a player token on the Token layer. One of the NPC tokens is marked as a "Figure" token, the other is a top down. When i click on player token and press Ctrl+Shift+P to "View as Player", I can't see the top down token on the Hidden layer...but sure enough, I can see the Figure token! Not good!
Is there a fix for this that I'm not aware of? Seems like I'm going to have to go through all my maps and change anything that's Figure on the Hidden layer to "only visible to owners"...which could be a lot!

Re: Figure Tokens and Hidden Layer bug
I can confirm this behavior.
To duplicate:
Start a server, and connect with a second instance and connect as a player.
Drop a token on the Hidden layer, and set it to Figure on the server.
I use Tools-->Center players on current view to force a redraw on the player instance.
Token remains visible.
Set token to Top Down, Circle of Square, and it disappears.
