Tweak statsheet background/font sizes
Is there a way to tweak the background of the pop-up stat sheet (i.e., make it something other than that parchment texture), and/or change the font size it uses? As I sail majestically into my late 40s, I find myself squinting at the pop-ups more and more often.

No, its hard coded in the source. Tje best you can do is build your own frame using macros and turn the stat sheet off.
I save all my Campaign Files to DropBox. Not only can I access a campaign file from pretty much any OS that will run Maptool(Win,OSX, linux), but each file is versioned, so if something goes crazy wild, I can always roll back to a previous version of the same file.
