[1.7.0] Token Allow response is slow.

Hello.

This problem with in MapTool 1.7.0.
We use Token Arrow heavily in our campaign, but we are suffering from the problem of slow response if we keep the Arrow spinning for a long time under certain conditions.
I think this problem occurred from around MT version 1.5.

Here's how to reproduce the problem:
  1. Prepare a new map and set "Vision" to "Night".
  2. Make an appropriately sized room with VBL.
  3. Put the token in the room, turn on "Has Sight", and have a light source of 5ft or more.
  4. Copy 6 or more of those tokens into the room (the more tokens there are, the slower the responce)
  5. Select one of the tokens, and use SHIFT + Mouse Wheel to continue turning the Token Arrow.
  6. The response of Token Arrow becomes gradually slower when it is rotated to some extent.
This may be a problem due to my environment, so I will note my PC environment.
CPU: i7 6700K RAM: 16GB VGA: GeForce GTX1080
My MapTool's JVM Memory Settings: -Xmx 8G -Xms 8G -Xss 12M
My Java version: 1.8.0_251

My player has similar PC specs and is having the same problem.
It may be a problem that many users don't mind, but it remains a problem for us.
Is there any way to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Can't reproduce this as described under 1.5, 1.6 or 1.7.

Is this only with a server running? If so, using Individual View and Individual Fog of War?

Using conic vision?

You mention Java 8. All versions of MT from 1.5 on include their own Java runtime. Having other versions installed can be problematic.

This is the test campaign I used.

Thank you for confirming the issue!
This issue occurs even if you are not running the server.
I am using Normal Vision.

I downloaded your test campaign file and tried it locally in MT1.7 (server not started).
There was no problem in the state as it is (one light source), but if perform a test operation after having half of the tokens have a light source, the performance will decrease.
