Question: running a macro from a link in a popup

It is possible to run a macro from a link like the one in the image? The token is on the object layer.

Not directly. There are other ways to run things referenced on the map, but can be bit tricky. You can go to MapTool Discord and look up the drop-in #the-doors and that uses a method to manipulate map elements using a reference token on the map. But the simplest way is to put reference token on token layer players can then select and run a macro against.
