HELP - can't add overlays to tokentool 1.0.b28

I just reloaded TT 1.0.b28 and it will not let me add a .PNG file as an overlay. I can pull up the menu to manage overlays, but when I drag and drop the .PNG file, nothing happens. Can anyone help me?

Edit: {nevermind... I discovered the file was corrupted. It worked when I used a good file.}
