So I accidentally deleted Overlay - Hex. on my Windows 10 PC. I need them. How do I get them back?

I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. - Didn't work.
I uninstalled and removed all copies of the program. Then downloaded again, reinstalled - Didn't work.

Help? I am tech inept.

Also when I make a custom frame save as png and save it into tokentool It does not cut out the same as the frames already installed.
