Custom Overlay Failing to Crop Image

I had an old version of the tokentool I've been using for about three or four years, when recently I had to replace my PC and do a clean reinstall of everything. In doing so, I got the newest tokentool, which for the most part I've been enjoying. However, the frames I was using fine in the old client no longer crop the image outside the frame when used.
Nothing's changed with the frames, and I lack the technical know how to diagnose why the frames are no longer cropping like they're supposed to. Any help or insight? Did I import the frames wrong or something?
