Ok, the house rules I'd like to implement are as follows:
1) Inherent Bonuses.
2) Free Melee Training feat at 1st-level.
3) Math Fixes. This is actually nest of rules changes that come as a package because they fundamentally alter the internal math of the game. See my signature link for details on the changes that would be implemented if using this system.
4) Instead of wish-lists, I use my own custom system where the player 'attunes' themselves to an item and manifests the power they wish to have from the item, that way I can give items out on the basis of rarity rather than powers and it makes sense for an evil necromancer to have a Staff of Evil Necromancy, but the player can retune it to become a Staff of Smitey Goodness.
