D&D 4th Edition monster stats block

I made a monster statistics block using the D&D Adventure Tools I want to use to keep my players intrigued. she is a Orc with some neet abilitys but i am not sure if i got the experience rite i would be interested to know what you all think of her i have posted her statistics block level 1 threw 10 on my web site here is the link.
