Any simple way that GM can post some text online while keeping the uploaded time public ?

I am GM and I would have way to prove me honesty. Sometimes PCs just go in the wrong way resonably , yes , the conclusion is wrong but their thinking process is reasonable. I
I am wondering if there any simple way I can upload some text online , and the website/software somehow can prove the text is uploaded at certain time and isnt changed after that ?
