Agreed, if it has a tendency to be used for combat reasons. But there could be some Skill Challenge uses for it too. But really the main concern that I see is in social areas. Social Skill Challenges are a fairly common paradigm for them, and we are going to fail miserably if we do them by the book. I suppose we'll just be fighting a lot.
