MapTool 1.2 b1 progress

well the previous tool we used got us used to crashes and other oddities.

So we start with the Dev branch. I justify it to myself by saying I will submit a bug report if I run into anything.

But we will fall back to the more stable versions as needed. Worry not, we are all 4 Computer/Software Engineers so the software would have to be pretty darn broken to get our spirits down.
