Moving build release announcements

It just occured to me that build announcements should go in the Announcements forum.
Since build notes are a recent (within a couple months) and started as informal notes, I didn't want to clutter the announcements.
But the build release notes are becoming fairly formal, so I might as well put them in an obvious place and not buried in a developer's forum.
So if you're not already, watch the announcement forum, that's where I'll post future build release notes.
(Note that I'll still post build progress in this forum)
