Hail to you all!

Welp, Trevor added a new feature to 1.3B60 that allows us to download and install Image Libraries.

For Giggles, I added a generic artpack that I created a while ago that gives you all you need to make a town or outdoor map pretty quickly.

Get this art pack by going to File -> Add Resource Library, click on the RPTools Gear tab and pick Dorpond's Generic Town from the list. (FYI: You definitely want all the Torstan art packs too - they rock!)

When I made this artwork, I was actually trying to create the feeling that the old D&D maps had - not sure if I hit the mark or not but either way, these images should prove useful.

Here is a video showing how I use the images:

Here is a quick screen shot of a map I made with them:

Have fun!

Thanks guy!

It's a start.. Now that we have this all new cool feature, I can't wait to see what artpacks people come out with. I imagine and envision a Maptool with lists and lists of artpacks available. That will totally rock!

Guess I should re-do my tileset and send it to Trevor.

Or post it here, attaching it if it's not too large. I'll grab it and put it on the main site...

I think this is an awesome art-pack. I really think you nailed it when you were going for an old-school D & D feel. You get a lot of that at conventions right now. I'm hoping others come up with cool stuff too!
