FEATURE: Units option for goto

title says it all. These functions:
Wiki: getTokenX()
Wiki: getTokenY()
have the units (either cells or pixels as coords) option, but the Wiki: goto() does not. It would be nice to have all the coordinates related macros with an option to set it to either cell or pixels coordinates.
