Drop down Menus Not Clearing

When running latest version , every time I click one of the drop down menu options the menu remains open instead of closing. Clutters visibility. Am I doing something wrong?

I have no idea what might cause this. I just used the base Java support for windows.
What version of java are you using?

looks like a drive or java issue. I would suggest to get java 7 and update your graphics driver. (in that order)
