step 1 - can see the server
step 2 - can connect from same machine
Step 3 - No LAN
Step 4 - No LAN
Step 5 - No LAN
Step 6 - Can not remove router as device is a modem/router
Step 7 - no question asked
Step 8 - no question asked
Step 9 - Not getting any of these errors
Step 10 - Tried disabling checksum offload (there are 5 different things that say checksum offload. turned tehm all off)no change. There's nothing there about jumbo frames.
Step 11 - Address is correct

And you've forward that port to your local address on your router? And, are you sure? Your local IP address can change as different devices connect to your network and you may have the port forwarded to a different IP.

Are you using any other internet security software or firewalls?

Did you say whether you were doing port forwarding?
Are you forwarding to that Local IP?

Yes I am using port forwarding to the correct address.
