for completeness, this is what my gm uses: legendkeeper.com and I have to say: its simple, functional and works great (so far)!.

hi, I've seen you mentioned LegendKeeper and understood you tried it. I see they mentioned on the web that it provides the Real-time collaboration. Didn't you try this feature?
Appologizing if the question is not exactly matching the topic.... I'm looking now for an afordable or, better, open source soft/tool enabling to work on the same document few people...
