Players having errors connecting to server

I have a player that is unable to connect to my server without getting an error that keeps them unable to actually use maptools. Here is a link to a screenshot of the error https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/ ... 760797ada&

I was previously running 1.13 and am now running 1.14.0R2.Would anyone have any advice on how to fix this? Originally I had two players with this issue, but one was able to resolve the error by changing his name to a generic one. This did not resolve the error for the other player. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
