Troubleshooting Cannot Connect to Computer After Starting the Server

Hi,
I'm having trouble connecting to my PC after starting the server.
I left the IP for my computer on the router and then forwarded the port but it still won't connect. I know from some information that there is a guide on Discord but I can't find it. How can I view it?
