Trevor has indicated a desire to have the Bug Report subforum include all discussion related to bugs, in addition to the bug report itself. He would rather read through all potential and confirmed bug reports and move them elsewhere himself.
Here is the sticky that covers the policy of posting in the Bug Report subforum (the link is to the READ ME BEFORE POSTING HERE thread).
